Cineplex was responsible for design and execution of the digital experience within the flagship branch of this building. My role on this project was to oversee technical implementation. My team collaborated closely with technology and hardware partners to complete full pre-staging of solution. I worked on a cross-functional level with multiple teams to support project delivery and on-site implementation. Project was delivered on time and with-in projected Cineplex budget.
