Sanya Mehadia

I am an IIT Delhi graduate with experience spanning software engineering, automation, consulting, and AI-driven business operations.

My career began with a strong technical foundation in Data Structures & Algorithms, Competitive Programming, and software development using Java, Python, and C++. During my internship at J.P. Morgan, I worked on automating commodities risk workflows and developing anomaly detection systems for trade surveillance, enabling more efficient and scalable risk management processes.

I later transitioned to Nomura into client-facing and strategic roles, where I worked across business analysis, due diligence, stakeholder management, and project execution. Within a short span, I contributed to multiple high-value projects, collaborating directly with clients and cross-functional teams to drive outcomes from problem definition to implementation.

Currently, I work in the Founder’s Office at Certa.ai, leading AI enablement initiatives across the organization. My focus lies in identifying high-impact opportunities for AI adoption, building scalable operational systems, and driving execution across business functions.

I enjoy solving complex problems and brainstorm my way through, and passionate to be 1 percent better every day.
