Growing and building Directive has been my entire career. I have worn many different hats. In the beginning, I was in every role from sales to an SEO specialist. As we evolved I stepped into whatever role the company needed me in.

As leaders transitioned in and out, I have led almost every department within the company. This has given me great exposure to all different aspects of running a business such as operations, finance, recruiting, and more.

As of recently, I have been focused on creating systems for visibility across all departments and developing an onboarding program for all roles within the company.

I feel proud and lucky to be a part of building such an amazing company along with such amazing people.
