I am a data-driven leader and CEO laser-focused on generating exceptional value through strategy, team, innovation, M&A, and transformative growth across the AI, SaaS, communications, data, and analytics sectors. Exit Expertise & Value Generation: Orchestrated highly profitable exits, including the acquisition of SparkPost by MessageBird for $600M in 2021, and leading AddThis through rapid growth to a successful exit to Oracle. I was also a key member of the team that built Cronos Integrated Microsystems, which was acquired by JDS Uniphase for $750M. M&A & Integration: Deep expertise in executing multiple buy-side and sell-side transactions. At TrustEngine, I led the successful integration of two companies (Mortgage Coach and Sales Boomerang). At SparkPost, we successfully executed two acquisitions prior to the exit. P&L Performance: Consistently delivered strong financial results, achieving Rule of 40+ performance at SparkPost and AddThis, demonstrating an ability to balance high growth with profitability. AI/Data Product Strategy: Driven AI-enabled product development, including audience modeling at AddThis, email analytics at SparkPost, and pioneering the development of Mortgage Coach Next Generation at TrustEngine. Global Scaling: I was responsible for all international operations as Group Vice President of Oracle Data Cloud (ODC), turning it into one of Oracle's fastest-growing divisions. I currently serve on the Boards of TrustEngine and Quantum Workplace and I am an active technology investor. I previously served on the board for the University of Maryland's Dingman Center for Entrepreneurship.
