We scanned customer's book and send digital book data to them. We started this service, because we found a problem. Many tablet PCs were launched that could be read digital books. But there was no big digital book store like Kindle and iBooks in Japan at the time. So a lot of people scanned their book and read them on their tablets, esp iPad. Scanning books operation were too bother and many people complained about that. Six months later, we quit this service. Because of a copyright infringement. It was very small and we finally failed. But it gave me incredible experiences and also freed me to enter the startup world.
