At Reworks, I’ve led company-wide operations at the senior-most level, operating as the Director of Operations while helping the company double in size. In a fast-moving startup, my role has naturally become fluid and hands-on - covering operations, client management, HR, compliance, systems optimisation, and overall strategic direction, to ensure the business scales smoothly and consistently. With a background in technology, systems, and operational strategy, my focus is on building reliable structures that support both our team and our clients. I work closely across departments to streamline workflows, strengthen processes, and put the right tools and people in place so we can deliver consistently strong outcomes. My goal is simple: create an environment where Reworks can grow sustainably, our teams can perform at their best, and our clients receive a level of service and reliability they can depend on.
