I work as a Healthcare Consultant and Business Development professional focused on revenue cycle management (RCM) supporting Flow and Caduceus, Innovaccer's agentic RCM platform and RCM expert services, built for provider groups, physician practices, and health systems. Flow is built to close a real gap in healthcare: most RCM tools tell a team what to do next, Flow has the clinical record, payer policy, and claims status connected, so it acts on that picture directly. Industry-wide, providers lose 12–18% of submitted claims to denials; Flow customers run under 5%. The platform is already used by roughly 7 of the top 10 U.S. health systems, and early results speak for themselves including a 66% increase in collections and a 25% reduction in AR days for Adventist Health's physician network, and a 93% decrease in prior authorization prep time for Cone Health. My work centers on understanding how provider groups and health systems can close revenue leakage from denial prevention and prior authorization to underpayment recovery and translating that into real adoption and partnership opportunities for Flow and Caduceus. I come to this from a computer science background, which shapes how I approach this space: I try to understand the actual architecture, data, and workflows behind the products I'm representing, not just the pitch.
