I lead Storyblok’s Product Engineering organization, bringing together multiple engineering disciplines to build a scalable, reliable, and customer-focused platform. My role is to connect long-term product strategy with the systems, structure, and culture that make it possible to deliver at scale.

I focus on clarity and autonomy, ensuring teams understand the “why” behind what we build, and have the freedom and accountability to make it happen. Over the past few years, I’ve helped grow the team from a handful of engineers to a global organization, establishing engineering policies and operating principles, introducing delivery frameworks, and laying the foundation for the next-generation CMS.
