Better than gathering talented people is preparing them to succeed, no matter their age. As a Guidance Counselor, I have the opportunity to support amazing learners throughout their journey, from admission to graduation. I work on clarifying questions, assisting with academic challenges, and ensuring their learning experience is as enriching and positive as possible. I also walk side-by-side with those learners' families helping them adapt to 100% digital (and remote) educational settings. As a professional, I've found my purpose in helping people achieve their goals. I enjoy seeing people living their dreams. My background in Psychology grants me deep knowledge of how to motivate and engage people to pursue their goals and track their milestones. As a teacher, I have developed my skills to facilitate people's growth; as a coordinator, I've had the chance to perform end-to-end recruitment. As a trainer, I got the chance to get to know every role in Talent Acquisition and better understand how different profiles are motivated and engaged to perform, and finally, as a Guidance Counselor, I got the chance to put all of it together joining my passion for education and human resources. And it is an absolute honor to be able to make a living out of it! Life is a learning journey! You live, you learn.
