I worked as a coordinator for the Outline Program with Baytna org , through which we trained about 120 youth (male, female), on topics such as (citizenship, peacebuilding, team building, writing proposal and budgets, advocacy, drafting research, developing initiatives and projects...) After enabling them to training, 14 initiatives received funding and support from Baytna to implement their initiatives. I supported the teams to develop, write and implement their proposals and succes their goals.

I was a volunteer in the education department, helping refugee children access formal education. I also gave awareness sessions to the people about this, and about all their rights as refugees. Also, I formed several circles to help children integrate into education through additional lessons in all subjects, which I teach them, with a personal donation from me.

Jellyfish, founded by Syrian siblings Muzna and Alaa Al Zhouri, is a social startup that recycles and upcycles plastic bags and manufactures various products. Inspired by similar initiatives in plastic-yarn weaving initiatives in African countries, the entrepreneurs decided that plastic waste can be converted to be beautiful products made and used by women. Jellyfish starts with plastic bags collected by people in refugee camps, and empowers those same people to make use of the color and threads in those bags to make beautiful items.The startup, based in Lebanon, was one of the winners of the Startup Roadshow in 2019. رابطة الطلاب الجامعيين في لبنان: هي جمعية مستقلة غير مسجلة، غير سياسية و لا تتوخى الربح، تأسست في أيلول 2016 في لبنان من مجموعة من الطلاب السوريين اللاجئين، لتأمين المنح الدراسية للطلاب الذين لا يستطيعون إكمال تعليمهم العالي، والمتابعة معهم أثناء دراستهم، بالإضافة لتمكينهم في مختلف مجالات الحياة (الأكاديمية والمهنية)، وصولاً لمستقبل آمن وحياة كريمة. تستهدف الرابطة بعملها جميع الطلبة المهمشين على الأراضي اللبنانية بمختلف جنسياتهم، وتسعى إلى إفادتهم ومناصرتهم للحصول على حقوقهم في التعليم، والتدريبات للدخول إلى سوق العمل. رؤيتنا: تمكين الشباب المهمش بالعموم والفتيات خاصة منهم وتفعيل دورهم في المجتمع; وبناء علاقات اجتماعية ومهنية متوازنة بين المجتمعات اللاجئة والمضيفة, سواء في مجال الدراسة أو في مجالات الحياة اليومية. أهدافنا: حصول الطلاب الم
