Entrepreneurs are the catalyst for change and progress, so I am passionate about activating new founders and empowering them to reach their full potential. I'm currently Co-Founder and CEO of the Founder Institute (http://fi.co), the world's largest AI-native company company builder. Since 2009 we have scaled the organization to chapters in over 200 cities and 100 countries. The Founder Institute's mission is to activate entrepreneurial potential and empower communities across the globe to build ventures with positive economic and societal impact. I'm also a Partner & Co-Founder at Founder Capital, the Founder Institute's Global VC Fund; and an Advisor for Decile Group and VC Lab, a venture-funded startup spun out of Founder Institute that has helped emerging managers launch over 900 new venture funds. In my career I have served as an Economic Development and Innovation Advisor to several governments, EDOs, non-profits, and for-profits; like Oxford Entrepreneurs, the U.S. State Department, Horasis, the USC Incubator, and a global Fortune 500 company. Previously, I was a Partner of TheFunded.com, the first website for founders to rate and review venture capitalists; the Executive Producer of the Founder Showcase, a leading Silicon Valley startup conference that hosted speakers like Elon Musk; and a Product Manager at RealNetworks (RNWK), a company I joined after its acquisition of Game Trust (where I was the founding marketer). My writing has been featured on Fortune, TechCrunch, and Entrepreneur Magazine, and I have been a Keynote Speaker at technology and business conferences across five continents.
