The best software in the world doesn't matter if customers can't successfully put it into practice.
After 25+ years in technology—including more than two decades at MCM Technology—I’ve spent my career on
both sides of that equation: building the technology and making sure it delivers real customer value.
That journey took me from CTO to Chief Delivery Officer.
Today, I lead MCM’s Implementation and Support teams across our MCM platform ecosystem—and the tools around it—serving public safety and government agencies nationwide.
My technology background gives me a different lens on delivery:
Architecture & Cloud
Led platform strategy and the move to cloud-native, Azure-hosted deployments. When a migration hits a wall, I can get into the architecture—not just read the status report.
Integrations & Data
HR platforms, CAD systems, radio infrastructure, SSO/SAML, and complex data migrations are often where implementations succeed or fail. I know where the risks hide.
Security & Compliance
Built into the product, architecture, and implementation—not treated as a final-stage checklist.
Data-Driven Delivery
I still write SQL and build the analytics that help run our department—from support trends and project portfolio load to customer health. If we can't measure it, we can't improve it.
Go-live isn't success. Adoption is.
Shipping isn't success. Customer value is.
Heroics aren't a delivery strategy. Repeatability is.
That means building teams and processes that create consistent outcomes, improving every deployment, and keeping sales, product, technology, and customers aligned around the same goal.
Public safety and government customers hold us to a high standard—and they should. Their work doesn't pause for a bad deployment.
The real job isn't delivering software. It's delivering the outcome the software was built to create.
