I am a SR. Talent Acquisition Specialist at Lance soft a leading provider of end-to-end IT services to clients globally. In my current role, I work with a team of recruiters to source, screen, interview, and place candidates for various IT positions across different domains and locations. I use my skills in recruiting, technical recruiting, and IT recruitment to identify and attract qualified candidates, match them with suitable opportunities, and build strong relationships with both clients and candidates. I also contribute to the improvement of the recruitment process and the enhancement of the employer brand.
