Built up team, operations and secured 5 financing rounds before exiting upon HH2E's takeover by Foresight Group. Led rescue efforts with other shareholders when that business entered insolvency.
Previously >20 years of experience in the UK and Germany with a focus on the CFO agenda: cost and procurement, finance ops/automation, M&A. Also led multiple global initiatives in policy/regulation for infrastructure-intensive industries.
Founding member of the Board that oversaw the successful management buyout of A.T. Kearney. Multiple leadership roles with P&L accountability.
