At Fors Marsh my mission is focused on propelling the business forward by supporting the organization's most valuable resources - our people - to ensure a positive impact on our employees' lives, both professionally and personally. As the leader for the People and Culture team, I oversee the team whose mission is to create a collaborative environment and add value to the organization through programs aimed at improving employee wellbeing, empowerment, and growth and retention, all to continually raise the bar of the employee experience and make Fors Marsh’s workplace better every day. I have had the pleasure of working to expand our benefits profile to provide offerings for employees that support the them both personally and professionally, established programs to support employees recovering from substance use disorder (SUD), and developed programs and policies to successfully support our continued exponential growth from a small to a midsize business.  I always love to connect with HR Professionals who are looking to implement people programs to best support their employees and their company culture.
