Simple as that (and definitely not as simple as that).I am a people‑focused Talent Partner with experience across high‑growth SaaS, enterprise, and listed manufacturing environments. I’ve built teams from the ground up, shaped scalable hiring and people frameworks, and worked closely with leaders to strengthen capability. I played a role in supporting a fast‑growing SaaS business through to acquisition, helping build technical and commercial functions from scratch while contributing to global policies, compliance, and people processes.I use AI tools where they genuinely improve clarity, speed, or decisions.
