In present I am working for construction of Airport Terminal Building (15000 sqm Builtup area) and Admin Building 2+3 Floors (25000 smq Builtup area) at Jaipur.Project cost is 500 cr.My responsibilities are as belowProject Monitoring and Management :1. Meetings with all stakeholders for regular update of project work 2. Tracking contractor performance in delivery, ensuring compliance with health and safety, and Quality for good quality of productive work.3. Construction and operation of Airport Terminal building as Single point of contact for Project Management.4. MIS review and provide project data on regular interval.5. Tracking performance of contractor on regular interval.6. Heading weekly project review meeting with contractor.Planning and Estimating:1. Develop and finalize the project schedule with planning team2. Marked the critical activities and monitor.3. Budget preparation and finalization from all stakeholders.Coordinate for GFC issue for execution:1. Coordinate with design team for issue of GFC drawings on time for execution.2. Monitor all construction activities as per contract agreement with contractors3. Overcome critical activities to ensure timely handover of the projectMaterial procurement monitoring:1. Prepare list and monitor procurement of all long lead items for timely completion of project2. Deep drive for identify the hurdles while procurement of material3. Meetings with suppliers to ensure all the work order issued on time.Monitoring Safety and Quality at site:1. Ensure regular audits at site for timely compliance2. Monitor to ensure good quality adherence at site3. Ensure compliance of safety norms implementation at site MIS preparation and executive summary of project:1. Preparation of MIS and timely circulation to senior management2. Keep updating all work status to stakeholders3. Ensure to update all challenges and success of activities to senior managementContractor Performance Monitoring:1. Analysis of contractor performance on regular interval.2. Strengthen the contractor resources by timely evaluation of performance
