I founded and operate Yazu Digitals Private Limited, a digital solutions agency where I've built teams, acquired clients, delivered projects, and kept the business running end-to-end.

Over the years, I've managed a team of up to 14 people (employees, freelancers, and interns), closed projects ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹3.6 lakh, and built recurring client relationships generating ₹50,000+ per client annually largely through referrals alone.

Beyond design and development, my real focus has always been on the operational side, building systems, coordinating execution, managing people, and making sure things actually get done. I have experience in business development, project delivery, client management, and team leadership, and I've handled all of it simultaneously while running a bootstrapped business.

I also served as Director at Masvoq Technologies, where I worked on strategic partnerships, business development, and early-stage operations for a staffing and workforce solutions company.

I'm now looking to bring this experience into a high-growth startup environment particularly in Founder's Office, Operations, or Growth roles where execution, ownership, and business thinking are valued.
