Chief Revenue Officer
Scottsdale, Arizona, United States
I am a builder of revenue engines and a catalyst for high-performing sales cultures. I've spent my career obsessed with one question: how do we align world-class capability with our clients' most critical business outcomes — and then build the teams and culture to deliver it, consistently, at scale?
Cybersecurity is my passion — and my foundation. Before moving into sales leadership, I spent nearly two decades running private IT organizations for Fortune 500 global firms, where security wasn't a checkbox but an operational imperative. I hold security certifications and I've spent years working alongside CxOs navigating some of the most complex security challenges in the enterprise. I don't just sell security — I understand it.
Today, I serve as Chief Revenue Officer at Coalfire, one of the most respected and trusted names in cybersecurity. Coalfire is the gold standard for assessment and certification work, helping organizations achieve genuine confidence across the world's most rigorous compliance frameworks. Our advisory practice helps clients design and build security programs that hold up as threats evolve and businesses grow. And DivisionHex — our elite offensive and defensive team — goes beyond compliance to face the adversaries that checklists alone can't stop. Leading the revenue function for this organization, at this moment in the threat landscape, is a privilege I don't take lightly.
Before Coalfire, I spent over a decade at Insight scaling some massive mountains. I oversaw a strategic portfolio exceeding $1.25B for Insight's most critical enterprise clients, driving growth through holistic solutions that integrated high-value services with global hardware and software footprints. Prior to that, I directed the US services sales organization in its entirety — leading a powerhouse team of over 130 specialty sellers across five regions.
If you're a CISO, CTO, CEO, or Board member navigating a threat landscape that isn't slowing down — or if you're a security sales professional who wants to be part of a team doing the most important work in the industry — I'd love to connect.
