A seasoned tech leader, passionate about tech and building great organisations. I have 20+ experience in the industry, with extensive exposure to setting up India Development Center for multiple cloud companies and scaling it up. At ServiceNow I joined as 2nd employee and help scale the org from 2 to 1000, involved in each step of company growth. At Reputation, I championed the building of an Engineering organisation in India and oversaw the transition of multiple products and platform ownership to India team. I strive continuously to empower my teams to be more bold, strategic & visionaries. Getting them unblocked, doing the work with them, coding along with them, taking pride in their work and being a servant leader is my idea of leadership. I have experience of ramping up of many product scrum teams and make them effectively and collaboratively work with US teams. I still like dabbling with code, always strive to learn something new everyday. I am passionate about teaching, writing blogs In my leadership roles I have strived to build a great place for people to come and work.
