  • Sezzle
    CEO
    Sezzle
    Jan 2016 - Current (10 years 7 months)
Sezzle is leading the way in providing consumer-friendly financing to (typically) younger, new-to-credit consumers at the point of sale. Our interest-free installment plans increase sales and conversions for our merchant partners while giving our consumers financial firepower that they can't get elsewhere. We have a stakeholder-driven approach to business which has led to our endorsement as a certified B-corp. We walk the walk with products like Sezzle Up, which is the only credit-building product in the interest-free Buy Now Pay Later industry.

    Founder and co-CEO
    Passport
    May 2010 - Dec 2015 (5 years 8 months)

  • University of Minnesota
Full Time MBA Student - 2010
    University of Minnesota
    Sep 2008 - Dec 2010 (2 years 4 months)
At the Carlson School I explored my interest for business. I entered school with an open mind and an idea that Finance would be my field of interest, but what I found was entirely different. I found that I had a large amount of interest for all aspects of business. Not only was finance interesting to me, but I also loved marketing and strategy. In the end I finished my MBA program with a well rounded education around this triad, which prepared me for my venture at Passport.
