With over ten years of experience in HR and recruiting, I have a proven track record of attracting, developing, and retaining top talent across various industries and regions. I have successfully scaled teams from tens to hundreds, implemented best practices and policies, and enhanced employee satisfaction and retention.

I am also an active member of StartupExperts and CPOHQ, two communities of HR and people leaders who share insights, resources, and support on employee success topics.

With roots in Political Science and a journey that’s taken me across continents (Delhi, USA, Beijing, Singapore, and beyond), I bring a world-informed lens to every challenge. As a multilingual professional, I enjoy learning about different cultures, perspectives, and trends that shape our world.
