I spend my time thinking about a problem most organizations quietly struggle with:
Work doesn’t fail because people aren’t capable.
It fails because work itself isn’t well managed.
I’m currently the CFO at JesterFEC, a multi-location family entertainment company, where I work hands-on with leaders and teams navigating prioritization, capacity constraints, cross-functional coordination, and execution breakdowns in real operating environments—not theory.
Alongside my operating role, I’m helping build the Work Management Institute (WMI), an emerging professional body focused on formalizing Work Management as a distinct discipline—separate from project management, Agile, or productivity tactics.
Work Management is about how work enters a system, how it flows, how it’s coordinated across people and teams, and how organizations ensure effort actually turns into outcomes sustainably.
At WMI, my focus is on:
• Developing practical frameworks grounded in real operational work
• Shaping the Work Management Body of Knowledge (WMBOK)
• Creating credible, practitioner-oriented certifications
• Helping leaders and teams make work visible, manageable, and aligned
This work is informed by over a decade in financial leadership and operations, advising and supporting organizations where execution quality matters.
I’m especially interested in connecting with:
• operations leaders
• PMO and delivery leaders
• managers responsible for execution, not just planning
If you care about how work actually gets done, you’re in the right place.
