I joined Midi Health to help scale care that finally meets women where they are — clinically, emotionally, and systemically.
After a long career building and operating companies, I wasn’t looking for another role. I was looking for meaningful impact. Midi’s mission — redesigning healthcare for midlife women from first principles — pulled me out of a very comfortable semi-retirement.
Too often women are dismissed, misdiagnosed, or told to “live with it.” That’s not a failure of individual clinicians — it’s a failure of the system. Midi is proving that evidence-based, deeply human care can scale without losing integrity.
This mission is personal. I see firsthand how much women are asked to navigate on their own — to self-advocate, connect dots, and push for care that should already exist. Midi is building a system designed to do better.
As CFO, my focus is on building the operating foundation that allows great care to scale: disciplined growth, durable economics, and systems that serve clinicians and patients — not the other way around.
I’ve spent my career working at the intersection of finance, operations, and mission. At this stage, I’m optimizing for impact — and I’m excited to help Midi reach millions more women without losing what makes it special.
