๐ค I grew up in a ๐๐ข๐ฆ๐๐ฅ๐๐ฒ๐๐ง ๐ฏ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐๐ ๐ ๐ข๐ง ๐๐ญ๐ญa๐ซ๐๐ค๐ก๐๐ง๐, I believe that bringing individuals together for a common goal can make a significant difference. With this conviction, ๐ ๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐๐๐ ๐ ๐ฏ๐จ๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ง๐ญ๐๐๐ซ-๐ซ๐ฎ๐ง ๐ ๐ซ๐จ๐ฎ๐ฉ in 2012 with the goal to support activities that promote empowerment through education and internet access, as well as to eliminate child labour in Uttarakhand's villages and slums.
๐ค I started my social impact journey in 2017 with ๐๐ฌ๐ก๐จ๐ค๐ ๐ข๐ง๐ง๐จ๐ฏ๐๐ญ๐จ๐ซ๐ฌ ๐๐จ๐ซ ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐, where I was a ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ ๐ญ๐๐๐ฆ ๐ซ๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ฅ๐ ๐๐จ๐ซ ๐๐๐ฏ๐๐ฅ๐จ๐ฉ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐จ๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐ ๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐๐ญ๐๐ ๐ฒ ๐๐ง๐ ๐จ๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐๐๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ก ๐๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐ ๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ฅ๐ฅ๐จ๐ฐ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ฉ, which ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฉ๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ๐ฌ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐ ๐ฌ๐จ๐๐ข๐๐ฅ ๐๐ก๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ฆ๐๐ค๐๐ซ๐ฌ. While at Ashoka, I thought to learn more about youth and social impact and journey took me to ๐๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฃ๐ข๐ง๐ข ๐๐๐ฆ๐จ๐๐๐ซ๐๐ง ๐ ๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง where I ๐๐จ-๐ฅ๐๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐ ๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ ๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ซ๐๐๐๐ก, operations, ๐๐ง๐ Partnerships ๐๐จ๐ซ ๐๐ฑ๐ญ๐๐ง๐๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐๐ฎ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐ข๐จ with ๐๐ก๐ข๐๐ก๐ฎ๐ฅ๐๐ฅ ๐๐ข๐ซ as mentor guide. Expanding to new states and providing scholarships to 768+ first generation learners from tribal villages of Orissa strongly hinged on my partnership building skills.
๐ค From June 2019, the journey with ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฌ๐ญ ๐๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ง๐๐ has been a roller coaster ride. I have been focused on system strengthening, building government partnerships. From engineering colleges to partner organisations to industrial training institutions, we've done it all. ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ค๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ก ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐ฒ๐๐ง๐ ๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ญ๐ ๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ฒ ๐ญ๐จ ๐ฎ๐ฉ๐ฌ๐ค๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ 2600+ ๐๐๐ฎ๐๐๐ญ๐จ๐ซ๐ฌ ๐๐ง๐ 35000+ ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฎ๐๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ ๐๐จ๐ซ 21๐ฌ๐ญ ๐๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ฒ ๐ฌ๐ค๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฌ ๐๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฌ๐ฌ 172 ๐๐ง๐๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ข๐๐ฅ ๐๐ซ๐๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ง๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐ญ๐ฎ๐ญ๐๐ฌ (ITIs) ๐ฐ๐๐ฌ ๐ ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ง๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ฉ๐จ๐ข๐ง๐ญ ๐๐จ๐ซ ๐ฆ๐.
