I've spent my career in the agency space powering retention, integrated CX, and revenue growth for brands like Bonobos, GrubHub, Casper, MVMT, Walmart, Disney, and FICO. I scaled the last agency I founded (with no funding and no sales team) to 8-figure ARR, #2 Best Place to Work in California, and an acquisition by Tinuiti. I then helped scale the combined company from 300 to 1,000 employees ahead of a record exit. After some time focused on family and travel, I was ready to evolve retention marketing (more integrated, more CX-driven, more premium), so I co-founded Jetset to build it. Alongside running Jetset, I co-host the High Stakes Growth® Podcast, where we talk candidly with founders and CMOs about the bold decisions and tough calls that made these brands what they are today. Former semi-pro poker player. I won the first live tournament I ever entered in Vegas, later cashed in a WSOP event, and was a regular NLHE cash game player. Many learnings from the table have carried over to my entrepreneurial career. For fun I travel the world, try to get better at photography, and parent two awesome kiddos.
