Detail
Head Business Dev, Hipp Health | Founder, Summit Health Services BCBA, QBA, LBA
Alabama, United States
I'm the founder of Summit Health Services, an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) provider supporting military families and underserved communities across 10 U.S. states. We specialize in delivering care that moves with families — whether they're stationed domestically or relocating — and in building sustainable, clinically excellent ABA operations at scale.
Over the past decade, I’ve bootstrapped Summit from a single-state startup to a multi-state provider, while also launching research partnerships, serving as an advisor to both profit and non-profit startups, establishing mentorship pipelines, and developing clinical programs that prioritize outcomes over optics.
In addition to Summit, I serve as Head of Business Development at Hipp, an AI platform modernizing how behavioral health providers manage their practices. I'm also an advisor to early-stage healthtech startups focused on access, equity, and operational efficiency in care delivery.
On the side, I write Operationally Defined (https://jessica932.substack.com/) — a weekly Substack for behavior analysts, operators, and founders navigating the intersection of healthcare, systems design, and scaling.
Topics I explore:
Behavioral health operations in the real world
Growth-stage challenges for service-based healthcare companies
Founder strategy in mission-driven organizations
Why "good enough to grow" isn’t good enough to last
Always happy to connect with others working in ABA, healthcare, or early-stage healthtech. Let’s build things that work.
