I am aiming always to excel expectations using my talent and qualifications in management consultant and executive coach with a focus on Service Management, Project Management, Organizational Change Management (business transformation) and Knowledge Management. Working within the field of management consultancy, serving industries in both public and private sectors, I have developed and enriched my expertise with both practical experience and world leading thought leadership. My passion and leadership in the private sector have been extensively demonstrated over the last 17+ years through leading diverse teams as the CEO and Managing Partner of several local and international organizations (IPSC, Quint Wellington Redwood Middle East, Rye Consulting, Global-MES). This led me to the successful delivery of numerous projects and business transformation programmes, making me an in demand and trust-worthy adviser, leader and consultant with practical and hands-on experience solving complex, difficult and challenging organizational problems and issues for customers and stakeholders. When I moved from the public sector early 2003 (empowered by twenty-three years of rich experience in the Saudi armed forces) to Saudi Telecom, I had the chance to reshape my thinking and perception of my professionalism. This began with the achievement of numerous professional industry-based certifications (ITIL Expert, ITIL MP, Cobit, AgileShift, PMP, PRINCE2, ISO20K Consultant, M_O_C, Organization Governance etc.). To compliment my industry-based achievements I achieved a three years post graduate MBA from the University of Liverpool, adding academic knowledge to extensive industry experience. This provided me with the knowledge and exposure to speak at several local and international conferences and events in addition to writing in several regional and local publications. All of my demonstrated success in leadership and business transformation is underpinned through excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Understanding the importance and power of Emotional Intelligence I have gone through the SixSeconds EQ Certification program achieving, Certified EQ Practitioner and moving all the way to Certified EQ Coach.
