Camilla Kater is Advisor to the CEO and SVP of Care and Rider at Deliveroo, and is a member of Deliveroo’s Executive Committee. Over the course of her 9+ years at Deliveroo, Camilla has held senior leadership positions in Operations, Marketing and Commercial - working alongside Will Shu to grow Deliveroo from a start-up to a listed company, operating in 9 markets, with ~4000 employees. Combining strategic and tactical elements, operations and product/tech, Camilla’s role today sits right at the centre of the three sides of Deliveroo’s marketplace, juggling the needs of all sides to drive growth for the business.
