I am a clinical research professional with experience in site management, currently working as a Site Manager at IQVIA. My focus is on supporting site start‑up and delivery activities, ensuring that studies progress efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.I have a strong understanding of key start‑up components such as Essential Document Packs, Site Ready to Enroll processes, and system readiness, as well as contributing to site contracting activities, including coordination of CTA and budget negotiation processes.I am also familiar with regulatory processes, including coordination of submissions and documentation required for Regulatory Authorities and Ethics Committees (EC/IRB), and understand the importance of aligning regulatory approvals with overall study timelines.In my current role, I am involved not only in start‑up coordination but also in delivery‑related activities, including participation in Site Initiation Visits (SIVs), Site monitoring, Close‑Out Visits (COVs), and other site-level delivery tasks. This exposure allows me to understand the study lifecycle end‑to‑end and how start‑up decisions impact downstream study execution.Through my work, I have gained hands‑on experience with regulatory documentation, site coordination, and cross‑functional collaboration.I value clear communication, practical solutions, and continuous improvement, and I approach my work with reliability, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
