Informatic Engineer and graduated from ESAN (Forbes Top 10 Best Latino American Business Colleges). When I finished college I had the chance to work at some companies from various fields where I learned first-hand the software development process and how each department could provide unique value according to their role in it.

Over the years I learned that there were many Peruvians like me, with a high level of proficiency in information technology and eager to work on challenging projects, we just needed an opportunity.

On those days, people like me used to contact U.S. companies on freelancer web platforms which were basically a matter of luck due to a large number of applicants, so that wasn't a sustainable way of getting clients and having job stability.

So I used my experience, enlarged my management knowledge by studying a specialization and brought together a talented group of professionals. In 2015 I founded FulltimeForce (previously known as JKSoftware) a nearshoring company that provides top developers to U.S. companies and since then we have grown and learned that nearshoring is more than the transaction of a service, is a real commitment with the client’s goals and their continuous growth.
