I lead AI Operations at Agiloft with one focus: making AI actually useful inside a real organization. My career has lived at the intersection of technology, operations, and strategy. Fifteen-plus years in Enterprise SaaS, working with Fortune 1000 companies across IoT, AI, and video analytics. What I've learned across all of it: the algorithm is rarely the hard part. Aligning technology with how humans think, decide, and collaborate is. At Agiloft, I founded the AI Ops function in 2025 with a mandate to transform how the entire company works, not just how we build product. I design systems where people remain the strategic layer and technology handles the lift. My philosophy is humans on the loop, not out of it. AI should sharpen human judgment, not sideline it. Day to day I build cross-functional programs, bridge data and operations, and make sure the systems we ship don't just function well but work for people. I write and speak on enterprise AI transformation, organizational readiness, and the human dynamics that determine whether AI investments actually land. I hold a PsyD in Forensic Psychology and apply it to every room I walk into. As an openly neurodivergent leader, I also write and speak on that topic frequently. In my opinion, the most interesting AI question isn't "what can it do?" It's "what does it make possible for us?"
