Lucy Piri

As a Customer Success Manager at Nexbotix, I help businesses harness the power of automation and AI to streamline processes and drive operational efficiency. I work closely with clients from onboarding through to project delivery, focusing on relationship management, value creation, and long-term success.

I have over six years experience in Sales and Account Management, focusing on supporting business growth and technology adoption. Prior to Nexbotix, I was a Key Account Manager at Thinc, managing the company’s largest ERP and Managed Services accounts. I collaborated with finance teams to improve business processes and performance through tailored digital solutions. Before that, I was an Account Manager at Sage, helping a portfolio of Accountants and Bookkeepers transition to cloud-based technologies. I began my career at AO as a Sales Executive, where I did B2C insurance sales.

I hold a BSc in Marketing from Leeds Beckett University and am passionate about using technology to empower businesses and build strong, lasting client partnerships.
