With over 30 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in the Health Insurance Industry, I have been creating and delivering innovative solutions for the healthcare industry, especially in the claims and provider domains. I have a deep understanding of facility pricing, vendor onboarding, capitation payment, credentialing, and NPI, and have successfully converted multiple new clients onto our systems.I am passionate and curious about people and how we can help each other grow and thrive personally and professionally. I have earned several Agile certifications and have applied both SDLC and Agile methodologies to my projects. I also have expertise in X12 HIPAA transactions. I am proficient in various Microsoft products, such as Excel, Visio, Outlook, and Teams, and have a working knowledge of SQL. I document and train others on processes and procedures in great detail, using recorded sessions as references.
