I focus on building business critical teams through creative hiring practices and trusted relationships. For more than a decade, I have supported global complex fintech organizations; often responsible for locating niche resources. Once was called a "Recruiting Jedi" by technology leadership.

At Discover Financial Services, I built the Enterprise Architecture organization from the ground level and followed that by building the "Discover Technology Academy;" all the while supporting the Digital Payments enterprise and consistently exceeding annual goals by 150–185%.

Prior to Discover, I spent time at J.P. Morgan's Commercial & Investment Bank as the primary recruiter for Investor Services and Trading Technology. While at Thomson Reuters, I recruited for the United Platform Group, locating resources that supported the financial data & analysis platform, "Eikon."

Outside of work, I’m a proud dad, Jayhawk (#RockChalk), a youth basketball and baseball coach, and an active part of Chicago’s recruiting community. Also, an avid reader and lifelong cinephile.
