Hello, my name is Patrícia, I have a degree in Tourism and Hospitality Administration, with a Master's Portuguese Language.

I worked for more than 10 years for Ford Motor Company in South America. I started as a Trilingual Executive Secretary (Portuguese, English, and Spanish). After 4 years I moved to the Finance area, working as an auditor and also as a Budget Controller.

After another 4 years, I was promoted to the HR area, responsible for the Training area, as a Learning & Development Senior Analyst. I have implemented several projects, focused on the development of Ford South America Engineering (more than 1000 employees).

I lived in Portugal for some time, working as a logistics and real estate supervisor.

Currently, still in the HR area, as a Consultant, Analyst, and a Recruiter. Also as a language teacher, proofreader (proofreading), translator and trainer.

Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops, in a corporate or client-facing environment.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. Familiarity with training delivery platforms and tools.
