Soy estudiante de Psicología en la Universidad EAFIT y actualmente me desempeño como HR Intern, donde he venido fortaleciendo mi experiencia en procesos de Recursos Humanos, acompañamiento al talento y apoyo a iniciativas organizacionales. Me interesa especialmente comprender el comportamiento humano en el entorno laboral y aportar a la construcción de culturas organizacionales saludables.
Me destaco por mi organización, capacidad analítica y enfoque en las personas. Disfruto optimizar procesos, apoyar la toma de decisiones y generar impactos positivos tanto en los equipos como en la organización. Creo en un liderazgo empático y en la importancia de construir relaciones profesionales sólidas.
