Human Resources professional with an MBA in Human Resources from SRM University AP and hands-on experience in employee engagement, workplace culture, inclusion initiatives, and HR operations.
During my internship with CBRE APAC's Community & Culture team, I worked on employee engagement programs, policy reviews, parental support initiatives, and inclusion-focused projects across the region. These experiences strengthened my understanding of how people practices, workplace culture, and business objectives come together to create meaningful employee experiences.
My areas of interest include Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, HR Operations, HR Business Partnering, Learning & Development, and HR Analytics. I am particularly passionate about building positive workplace cultures, supporting employee growth, and using data-driven insights to improve HR decision-making.
I believe effective HR is about creating environments where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to perform at their best while contributing to organizational success.
