Not programs that live in a slide deck but operating infrastructure that actually runs. I'm most energized by the zero-to-one stage: walking into ambiguity, building what doesn't exist yet, and leaving behind systems that outlast my involvement. At Pendo, I came in around 300 employees and helped scale to 1,000 across six countries. I built performance architecture from first principles, workforce planning systems tied to revenue and headcount targets, M&A People playbooks and AI-enabled coaching infrastructure for 200+ managers. Every major initiative has been transitioned to permanent owners with playbooks, governance, and clear metrics. Before Pendo, I designed enterprise HR operating models at Deloitte, built national workforce programs at the Obama Foundation driving 1,800+ hires, and co-founded Generation Titans, a social impact firm working with Fortune 500 brands, the NBA, and the RFK Center for Human Rights.
