I launched and and led the Market Dynamics practice, which focused on driving public-private partnerships to increase global access to drugs, diagnostics, and new health technologies in malaria, pneumonia, neglected diseases, and vaccines. I worked closely with centralized health purchasers and manufacturers across the $1B+ bed net market including Bayer, Sumitomo, and large generic manufacturers to standardize product offerings, drive manufacturing efficiencies, increase purchasing volumes, and ultimately increase bed net access for tens of millions of people.

I established greenfield operations in 17 African countries, and led a $400M, 33-country public-private facility focused on driving access to new HIV/AIDS drugs and diagnostics. Through work with 20+ African countries and companies including Beckton-Dickinson, Roche, Mylan, and Cipla, we reduced prices 80%, dramatically increased purchasing volumes of key pediatric and second-line HIV products, and accelerated access to millions with superior new health technologies.
