Chief of Staff to the CEO
United States
I operate at the intersection of strategy, partnerships, and execution, working with executive leadership to drive alignment, clarity, and progress across the business.
Currently serving as Chief of Staff to the CEO at Degreed, I partner closely with senior leadership to advance company-wide priorities, improve operating cadence, and ensure focus on the highest-impact initiatives. My role is centered on connecting teams, accelerating decision-making, and translating strategy into execution.
My background spans technology partnerships, product marketing, and operations, giving me a unique perspective on how product, go-to-market, and ecosystem strategy come together in practice. I’ve led cross-functional initiatives across Product, Sales, and Customer Success to improve scalability, strengthen partner ecosystems, and deliver better outcomes for enterprise customers.
I’m particularly interested in:
• Executive-level strategy and operational alignment
• Ecosystem and partnership-driven growth
• Translating complex priorities into clear, executable plans
• Building systems that enable teams to operate effectively at scale
