Khushboo Kapoor

BBA (Business Analytics) student at IILM University with hands-on HR experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement — and a growing interest in how data can strengthen people-focused decisions.

During my internship at GAO Tek Inc., I gained hands-on experience in the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling through MS Teams, onboarding, and coordination with different teams. Working in a remote and fast-paced environment helped me strengthen my communication, time management, adaptability, and collaboration skills. I was also recognized multiple times as “Best Intern of the Week” and received both a Letter of Recommendation and a Letter of Appreciation for my professionalism and contributions.

I also interned at Corizo Edutech, where I worked across both Human Resources and Business Analytics domains. This experience gave me exposure to talent acquisition, employee engagement activities, and data handling, while helping me develop a more analytical approach toward solving HR-related challenges.

My key skills include recruitment, sourcing, onboarding, stakeholder coordination, and business analytics fundamentals. I’m comfortable using MS Office tools, especially Advanced Excel, along with platforms such as MS Teams, LinkedIn, and Google Meet. I consider myself a quick learner with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in collaborative environments.

I’m always eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges that help me build my professional skills. I’m particularly interested in opportunities that combine Human Resources with analytics, where I can contribute meaningfully while continuing to develop my expertise.

I’m also open to connecting with professionals, recruiters, and peers to discuss opportunities, HR trends, and people analytics.
