I recruit structural engineers across the UK, and have done for nearly a decade.
My focus is on design led consultancies - the firms with reputations for caring about how buildings work as much as whether they get built.
I’ve placed engineers at every level, from graduates through to directors, with the likes of:

· Over 50 other practices that operate in that bracket.
A meaningful part of what I do also sits outside the UK domestic market:
· UK engineers planning international moves of their own, into Europe, the Middle East and further afield.
· Australians, New Zealanders and Canadians looking to relocate to the UK on the Youth Mobility visa.
· Engineers from Hong Kong moving to the UK on a BNO visa.
I'm an IStructE Affiliate Member and have spoken most recently at the Midland Counties YMG on "Inside the Hiring Process".
I write regularly about the UK structural market - chartership, mid career moves, the Building Safety Act shift, AI's impact on the profession, what hiring managers actually look for at offer stage. My feed is the best way to get a sense of how I think before reaching out.
