I help people move from invisible in the application pile to interview-ready. Over the past year I've supported job seekers and international university applicants through every stage of the process: reviewing and rewriting resumes, tailoring materials to specific requirements, coordinating applications across platforms, and keeping meticulous records so nothing falls through the cracks. My own consulting practice has supported clients through career and admissions applications, with an 85% retention rate built on accuracy and follow-through. Before this, I managed 200+ confidential student records during my National Youth Service, cutting documentation errors by 15% through better organization and faster reporting turnaround. My academic background is in molecular parasitology. My undergraduate thesis at the University of Ilorin examined the genetic diversity of the Plasmodium falciparum AMA1 gene using nested PCR, gel electrophoresis, Sanger sequencing, NCBI BLAST, and phylogenetic analysis across 200 clinical samples. I'm building complementary bioinformatics and data skills through an IBM Data Fundamentals certification, with a long-term goal of contributing to host-pathogen research and disease surveillance capacity in Nigeria. I'm currently deepening my HR foundation through an Alison Diploma in Human Resources, because I want the instincts I've built running my own practice backed by formal grounding. What I bring: obsessive attention to detail, comfort managing multiple people and deadlines at once, and genuine interest in helping candidates present their strongest selves.
