Since childhood, the teachers had only one complaint 'bout me in all of the Parent-Teachers meet - "Very Talkative", and no matter wherever they used to make me sit - I loved to form my own group of fellow classmates and strongly encourage and motivate them to indulge into conversations. This helped me developing the art of effective communication which I believe is the backbone of any successful leader and business.
Apart from helping job-seekers get into their dream positions and helping recruiters get their dream employees, I'm an Automobile Enthusiast with a natural urge for problem solving :)
