I began my career as an Ortho/Trauma IMC Registered Nurse and Charge Nurse, where I developed a deep commitment to accountability, precision, and people-first leadership. In high-acuity environments, I learned how to think critically under pressure, lead teams through complexity, and advocate for both patients and colleagues.
Today, I bring that same mindset to my role as a People Operations Coordinator at Osano. I’m passionate about building systems and experiences that support employees at every stage of their journey — from recruiting and onboarding to engagement and operational excellence.
