14 years in design and still not tired of it. I lead design systems and product teams across Healthcare, SaaS, IoT and E-commerce. At GSK I ran the Commercial and Medical Design System - microsites, Materials Library for Healthcare Professionals, GSKpro. Built the governance, the tooling, the adoption rituals. The boring stuff that makes everything else fast. I also lead designers. My approach: give context, not instructions. Get out of the way. Review the work. On the side I run DesignSystems.one and built a Lottie-to-SVG/GIF converter because I kept needing one. It works. That's enough.
