Project Finance - Banking Working on energy projects financing across Europe and Africa (wind & solar, nuclear, hydro and combined cycle power plants). In charge of complex negotiations and drafting projects and finance documents across multiple juridictions. It was my dream job at that times! Very tough but used to love it. It was the end result of my legal and business studies and my hard devotion to get that job. Published a lengthy legal article about how to innovate with French trust (fiducie) in project finance. It was the first legal academic research in this field.

Project Finance - Banking In charge of negotiating, structuring and drafting agreements on the €7.8 billion, 50-year concession to build and operate France's Sud Europe-Atlantique (LGV SEA) high-speed railway line project financing. One of Europe's most important infrastructure investments in the past 20 years. Most people wait all their careers to be in charge of such large financing projects. It happened that I was at the right place at the right time. Lucky me! Won VINCI's innovation award on mini-perm finance structures.
