My role centers on four areas: • Pre‑Sales Consulting & Solution Strategy: guiding customers through discovery, business process analysis, and technical solution mapping across Payroll, Tax, HR, and Compliance. • SME Advisory During Implementation & Support: partnering with delivery teams as a subject‑matter expert to resolve complex compliance issues, validate configuration decisions, and support successful go‑lives. • Integration Partnerships & Ecosystem Strategy: working with new and potential integration partners to define joint value, evaluate technical fit, and support API/EDI alignment. • ERP & Financial Systems Expertise: advising customers and partners on integrations with Microsoft Dynamics GP, Dynamics SL, Dynamics 365 Business Central, and Sage Intacct, including GL mapping, payroll‑to‑ERP workflows, and cross‑platform data alignment.
