First technical recruiting leader (employee ~47 of 300+), partnered with engineering leadership on hiring strategies and processes to scale engineering from 13 to 90+ across the United States, Canada, and Colombia. Built and managed a team of recruiters; together we built several new teams across multiple engineering domains - Product, Glow AI, Infrastructure, Security, and Data Engineering which enabled GlossGenius to cross 100M in ARR in 2024. Directly contributed to 44% of hires and owned hiring for key engineering leadership roles such as our VP of Engineer

Built a data engineering team from 0 to 8 in 4 months.

Grew monetization engineering organization from 12 to 25 (108%) in 6 months. Hired for iOS, android, backend, frontend, engineering manager, and IT. SoundCloud had a 40% RIF in July 2017 which heavily affected the NYC Office.
